摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of an injection unit in which a problem of metal contact between a heating cylinder and a screw is solved.SOLUTION: When a state where a level of an injection material in a storage tube (20) is decreased to a predetermined value (L) continues for a predetermined time (T1) or when the level is decreased in a measuring process, a rotational speed of a screw (5) is switched from a first rotational speed (S1) to a second rotational speed (S2) which is slower than the first rotational speed. Further, when the level is restored to the predetermined value (L) within a second predetermined time (T2) after the speed is switched to the second rotational speed (S2), the speed is returned to the first rotational speed. However, when the speed is not restored even if the second predetermined time (T2) passes, rotation of the screw (5) is stopped, and a heat-generating temperature of the heater (2) is switched to a heat-retaining temperature to execute a heat-retaining process.
