The invention relates to heat-power engineering, in particular to water heating devices for heating using solid fuel, mainly anthracite or stone coal. A solid fuel hot-water boiler includes a burning (furnace) chamber which housing elements are made with double walls forming a furnace, an ash pusher, and an ash box, a fuel hopper, a heat exchanger with installed inside vertical smoke tubes, in which vortex generators being coiled wire are installed. The vortex generators (coiled wire) are suspended along two coordinate axes in same number to the adjacent frames, and flames via links are hinged to two pairs of rocking levers, that are installed in pairs on two axles and by one single-side ends are connected with one frame, and by another ends are connected with another frame with the possibility of synchronous translational movement downward of one frame and upward of second frame and vice versa, wherein both axles are put to alternating movement by hinge-lever gear secured on these axles via a crank-and-rod mechanism by motor drive. |
