PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive hollow shaft motor which can be made compact while having rigidity to withstand a certain amount of thrust load and radial load.SOLUTION: A hollow shaft 4 consists of a hollow shaft body 41 having an outer peripheral part formed of a small diameter part 41a and a large diameter part 41b, and a hollow shaft output side tip separation part 42 mounted on the output side of the hollow shaft body 41 and having a fitting portion for attaching a load. The large diameter part 41b of the hollow shaft body 41 is supported by ball bearings 6, 6having a diameter larger than that of a ball bearing 5 for supporting the small diameter part 41a of the hollow shaft body 41. An engaging portion 42e for fixing the inner ring 61 of the large diameter ball bearings 6, 6is provided at the hollow shaft output side tip separation part 42. The hollow shaft output side tip separation part 42 is screwed to the large diameter part 41b of the hollow shaft body 41, and the ball bearing 6is fixed by pressing the inner ring 61 of the large diameter ball bearing 6by means of the engaging portion 42e by attaching the hollow shaft output side tip separation part 42 to the large diameter part 41b of the hollow shaft body 41. |
