Provided is a hot-dip-galvanized steel sheet exhibiting excellent plating quality in worked sections, excellent plating appearance, and excellent spot weldability. The present invention is provided with: a hot-rolled steel sheet comprising a specific composition; an intermetallic compound which is formed on the hot-rolled steel sheet, includes Fe2Al5, and includes at least 0.12 g/m2 but not more than 0.22 g/m2 of Al; and a hot-dip-galvanized layer which is formed on the intermetallic compound, and satisfies 0.3%≤Al%≤0.6% (Al% indicates the content (mass%) of Al in the hot-dip-galvanized layer). The present invention has a yield stress (YS) of 300-380 MPa inclusive. |
