PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater storing piping structure which can be applied to an existing piping facility through simple construction and has extremely good maintainability.SOLUTION: A rainwater storing piping structure stores rainwater inside a discharge pipe 2 connected to a rainwater basin 1. The rainwater basin 1 has a weir 3 with an upward opening at an inflow port 1a thereof. The weir 3 has a discharge port 30b with a sealing member 4 detachably fixed thereto. Rainwater flowing into the discharge pipe 2 is dammed by the weir 3 and progressively stored inside the discharge pipe 2 at an upstream side of the weir 3 so that the stored rainwater can be utilized. When the rainwater storing piping structure is maintained, the sealing member 4 detachably fixed to the discharge port 30b of the weir 3 enables the rainwater stored in the discharge pipe 2 to be easily and speedily discharged. |
