PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter including a seedling mounting table that can be laterally reciprocated with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter including: a vehicle body (2); a seedling stand (22) disposed behind the vehicle body (2) and configured to have seedlings to be planted in a field thereon; a seedling planting apparatus (23) configured to plant the seedlings mounted on the seedling mounting table in the field; a seedling interval switching device (7, 115) configured to switch an interval between the seedlings to be planted by the seedling planting apparatus; a seedling interval detection section (210) configured to detect a change by the seedling interval switching device (7, 115); a driving mechanism for planting (8, 21) configured to transmit driving force from an engine disposed in the vehicle body to the seedling planting apparatus (23) through the seedling interval switching device (7, 115); a reciprocating mechanism (82, 82a, 124, 127) configured to laterally reciprocate the seedling mounting table (22); a reciprocating movement drive (240) configured to generate driving force required for reciprocating movement of the reciprocating mechanism and configured to be switchable between forward and reverse rotations; and a control section (3) configured to control the reciprocating movement drive based on a detection result of the seedling interval detection section. |
