PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature history sensor that can detect with a simple structure having no power source a temperature history of whether or not the temperature has reached a prescribed level, and a temperature history detecting apparatus and a temperature history detecting method using the sensor.SOLUTION: A temperature history sensor 1 installed together with a temperature control object is provided with a piezoelectric material 101 having a prescribed depolarization temperature and electrodes 102 disposed on both main faces of the piezoelectric material, and makes possible detection of the temperature history by determining depolarization. In this way, it is made possible to detect the temperature history of the temperature control object as to whether or not the object has reached a prescribed temperature with a simple structure having no power source according to the presence or absence of depolarization. |
