PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor capable of correcting a measurement error caused by stains on an inner surface of a cylinder, which are due to dust contained by an introduced gas and which cause the decrease in a reflection rate of infrared light, and in a light receiving amount and output value of an infrared ray detector in this order.SOLUTION: A gas sensor performs temperature correction on a calibration curve as a reference according to an environmental temperature, performs deterioration correction on the calibration curve according to stains in a cylinder, and calculates gas concentration on the basis of the calibration curve after the temperature correction and the deterioration correction. |
