PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus or the like of water to be treated in which speed of treating the water to be treated can be made faster, and treatment of the water to be treated is hardly obstructed by a gas component generated by decomposition of a peroxide.SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus 10 of water to be treated includes: an outer shell part 11 that charges active carbon; a partition part 12 in which an inside space of the outer shell part 11 is partitioned in a vertical direction into two or more, and the active carbon is charged in the respective two or more partitioned spaces; a gas component discharge part 14 in which most part of a gas component generated by decomposition of a peroxide by the active carbon is discharged to the outside of the outer shell part 11; and a strainer 16 that is disposed in the partition part 12, and in which the water to be treated and the gas component are separated from the active carbon to be passed. The water to be treated that includes the peroxide and in which a pH is 3.5-9 is compression-introduced from an upper part of the outer shell part 11 to be subjected to downflow water conduction, and is discharged from a lower part of the outer shell part 11 as treatment water after the peroxide is decomposed by the active carbon. |
