PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support in determination of timing for at least either replacement or repair even of a part whose lifetime is not defined or even due to a factor other than a dynamic breakage caused by fatigue or creep.SOLUTION: A maintenance work timing determination device includes: a cumulative operation time acquisition part for acquiring a cumulative operation time of a maintenance object facility from a maintenance work execution time concerning a determination object part which is a part in the maintenance object facility; a time-maintenance work execution rate relation acquisition part for acquiring a relation between a cumulative operation time of a facility and a maintenance work execution rate for a determination object part, which can be acquired from maintenance work results of the same part as the determination object part; a maintenance work timing determination part for determining a maintenance work timing of the determination object part on the basis of a cumulative operation time of the maintenance object facility from the maintenance work execution time of the determination object part and the relation between the cumulative operation time of the facility and the part maintenance work execution rate; and an output part for outputting determination results of the maintenance work timing. |
