PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for secondary battery electrode formation for forming a secondary battery excellent in charge and discharge cycle characteristics and excellent in dispersibility of an active material and a conductive assistance agent.SOLUTION: The composition for secondary battery electrode formation contains: at least one of an electrode active material (A) or a carbon material (B) which is a conductive assistance agent; an amphoteric resin type dispersant (C) formed by neutralizing with a basic compound at least part of a phosphate group or a sulfo group in a copolymer having aromatic series, a sulfo group or a phosphate group and an amino group; and an aqueous liquid medium (D). |
