PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of preventing radiation heat of a heater from leaking to the outside of a reflection board.SOLUTION: A fixing device of the present invention comprises: a long-sized nip plate; a fixing belt constituted so as to slide along with the nip plate; a halogen lamp 120 that is disposed on a side opposite to a side on which the fixing belt of the nip plate slides, the halogen lamp 120 having a conductive axis at least on one end side in a longitudinal direction of the nip plate; and a metallic reflection plate 150 reflecting radiation heat from the halogen lamp 120 toward the nip plate. The reflection plate 150 has a reflection part 151 extending along the halogen lamp 120 and a side wall part 153 formed to bend from one end of the one end side in a longitudinal direction of the reflection part 151 to extend toward the conductive axis 122. The halogen lamp 120 has an insulated covering part 123 for covering the conductive axis. |
