PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed point holding control device that continues to hold a work ship at a position, where work can be performed, without changing the setting even when a movable part of a work machine equipped on the work ship is displaced with respect to the hull.SOLUTION: The fixed point holding control device 101 is configured to hold a work ship 100 to a fixed point. The work ship includes: a hull 10; a propulsion part 20 for moving the hull 10; and a work machine 30 having a movable part 31 that is movable with respect to the hull 10. The device includes: a target setting part 50 for setting a target work position; and a control part 60 that performs work position control to maintain the hull 10 so that the actual position of the reference point in a plane view is aligned with the target work position while using a predetermined part of the movable part 31 as the reference point. |
