PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rotor of an induction machine having a rotor core bonded to a rotating shaft and having a plurality of slots extending in the axial direction around the rotating shaft, conductor bars formed in the slots by filling a conductive material, and an end ring, and capable of supporting high-speed rotation.SOLUTION: A rotor 1 of an induction motor M is constituted to include a rotor core 15 having a plurality of slots 20 distributed around a rotating shaft 10, and conductor bars 40 disposed by die casting a conductive material in respective slots 20. Each slot 20 consists of a slot outer peripheral part 20O, a slot inner peripheral part 20I, and a slot intermediate part 20M. On one inner wall surface of each slot intermediate part 20M, first protrusions 30 and first recesses 31 are formed, in order, from radial outside of the rotor core 15 contiguously to each other. On the other inner wall surface, second protrusions 35 and second recesses 36 are formed, in order, from radial outside of the rotor core 15 contiguously to each other. |
