PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle pop-up hood device which secures the ability of absorbing energy input to a collided object contacting with a front hood and simplifies the structure.SOLUTION: A vehicle pop-up hood device 10 includes a front hood lifting device 11 and an energy absorption device 200. The energy absorption device 200 includes: a first arm 204 rotatably supported by a bracket 202 fixed to a vehicle body; and a second arm 206 rotatably connected with the first arm 204. When a front hood 12 is moved from a closed position to a lifted position, a connection part S between the first arm 204 and the second arm 206 moves toward the front hood 12 side and a restriction recessed part 210 restricts the other end part 206C of the second arm 206 from moving in a vehicle horizontal direction. |
