PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine in which a scaler device has a self-diagnosis function and self-recovery can be performed.SOLUTION: Image control means has: a non-volatile storage area in which a predetermined value for performing self-diagnosis is stored; a volatile storage area in which a predetermined value is written; and self-diagnosis means which compares a predetermined value stored in the non-volatile storage area and a predetermined value written in the volatile storage area. The self-diagnosis means has abnormality state cancellation means which determines an abnormality occurs when a predetermined value stored in the non-volatile storage area and a predetermined value written in the volatile storage area are different from each other, notifies occurrence of an abnormality state to a sub-control section, and cancels the abnormality state. When the sub-control section receives the notification of occurrence of the abnormality state from the abnormality state cancellation means via connection means, image information control means detects occurrence of abnormality of image information exchange means on the basis of the fact that a transmission source of the notification is image information means. |
