PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of bucket rotation of a coke oven bucket vehicle, capable of reliably achieving both of the suppression of a shelf hanging phenomenon and the prevention of the segregation of red-hot coke.SOLUTION: When a bucket 3 on a bucket vehicle 5 is rotated to receive the red hot cokes from a coke oven 1, the bucket is controlled to a low-speed rotation for suppression of the generation of centrifugal force on the shelf hanging material contained in uncarbonized cokes in the initial stage of extrusion, at which the edge of the red-hot cokes fall into the bucket at the start of extrusion of the red-hot cokes, based on the information on the extrusion position of the coke oven. The bucket is controlled to a normal rotation speed for suppression of the segregation, which is faster than the low-speed rotation, in the stage at which the red-hot cokes in the central part fall down after the passage of the initial stage of extrusion. |
