PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption in a sleep mode, and to allow a user to accurately grasp a present power mode.SOLUTION: A display control device includes: a display unit including a display part and an image storage part; a panel control part; a main control part; and an energy saving control part. The energy saving control part switches a power mode between a normal mode for maintaining the display unit, the panel control part and the main control part at a feeding state and a sleep mode for maintaining the panel control part and the main control part at a non-feeding state. The main control part, after transmitting a sleep display image indicating the sleep mode and a restoration display image indicating restoration from the sleep mode to the normal mode to the panel control part when switching the power mode to the sleep mode, is turned to the non-feeding state. The panel control part, after storing the transmitted sleep display image and restoration display image in the image storage part and displaying the sleep display image on the display part, is turned to the non-feeding state. |
