PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life joined body obtained by using a joining method making good use of a liquid phase generated when an aluminum material as a member to be joined is heated, and to provide a manufacturing method of suitably manufacturing the joined body.SOLUTION: There is the joined body comprising an aluminum material as one member to be joined and an aluminum material or another metal material as the other member to be joined, the joined body is characterized in that: both the members to be joined are joined at a temperature at which the mass ratio of a liquid phase generated in an aluminum material of one of the one member to be joined and the other member to be joined is 5-35% of the total mass of the aluminum material; and in the aluminum material in which the liquid phase providing the mass ratio is generated, a pitting potential difference is 50 mV or less between a solid phase having not changed into a liquid phase and a solid phase having changed into a liquid phase and solidified. The method of manufacturing the joined body is also provided. |
