PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component transfer device in which a reference mark can be captured stably regardless of the size of a component being collected by a component collecting device.SOLUTION: Since a reference member 80 includes a shading wall 81 for blocking the light from a first light irradiation device 64 for a reference mark M, the light from a first light irradiation device 64, out of the light with which the reference mark M is irradiated, is blocked and the reference mark M is irradiated mainly with the light from a second light irradiation device 65. Consequently, the brightness of the reference mark M can be maintained at a substantially constant level, regardless of the size of a component P collected by a component collecting device 41, and the reference mark M can be captured stably. Position of the component P, the image of which is recognized, can thereby be determined with high accuracy. |
