The invention relates to devices for installation of antennas on movable objects, in particular to the electromechanical lift-and-turn devices of elements of radar antenna-mast systems, and can be used in production of military vehicles. Provided is a mechanism of deployment of antenna unit head installed on the base of the movable object, comprising an electromechanical device rotating antenna unit head and an electromechanical device tilting the antenna unit head, these devices are connected with each other, a control system of antenna units position, and the antenna unit. The electromechanical device rotating the antenna unit head comprises, connected with each other, motor of the rotating device with a worm gear and a rotating rack with a carrying rotary table. The electromechanical device tilting the antenna unit head contains connected with each other motor of the tilting device with a worm gear and at least one pair of transmission gears, each of which contains a universal joint hinged with screw jack installed on carrying rotary table by the jack bracket hinged with antenna unit head and support bracket with hinge connected with axle of the antenna unit head. The hinges of the support brackets are made with a possibility of forming of the axis of rotation of the antenna units head. The disclosed gear has the most achievable simple and compact design, and ensures high accuracy of angular positioning in horizontal and vertical planes. |
