摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine start control system capable of starting a plant at high speed by effectively restraining deviation between a plant planning time and an actual starting time.SOLUTION: A control device 14 has: state quantity acquisition means 50 for acquiring a state quantity measurement value from a measuring instrument for a state quantity of a steam turbine plant, acquiring a state quantity planning value corresponding to the state quantity measurement value from a state quantity master curve 20, and calculating state quantity deviation 23 as deviation based on the acquired state quantity planning value and the state quantity measurement value when started; and operation quantity determination means 60 for calculating a correction amount of an operation quantity associated with the state quantity based on the state quantity deviation 23 and a predetermined conversion value, acquiring an operation quantity planning value from an operation quantity master curve 28, and determining the operation quantity to an operation end based on the acquired operation quantity planning value and the calculated operation correction quantity when receiving the state quantity deviation 23 from the state quantity acquisition means.
