[Class 106 (i)] Comprises a machine for checking files of statistical cards for correctness of sequence whether cards are missing or not. Signal cards may be inserted in the file where wrong sequence occurs. In another arrangement signal cards may be added to each group of cards in the file. The machine may also remove one card, for example, the last card, from each group. Duplicated cards may be checked and removed. The apparatus is identical with that described in Specification 523,652, but claims are made for arrangements of the apparatus effecting the above operations.
