摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To short-circuit/release output of a DC power system generating a high voltage, such as a solar cell string where a large number of solar cell modules are connected in series.SOLUTION: In order to short-circuit output of a DC power supply 1, a safety device is inserted between output terminals of the DC power supply 1. The safety device includes one MOSFET4, a resistor 5 connected between a drain and a gate of the MOSFET4, and a switch 6 connected between a source and the gate of the MOSFET4. When the switch 6 is turned off, the MOSFET4 is turned on by output voltage of the DC power supply 1. AS a result, the output of the DC power supply 1 is short-circuited, and becomes a threshold voltage (10 V or less) of the MOSFET4. To the contrary, when the switch 6 is turned on, the MOSFET4 is turned off, and the voltage of the DC power supply 1 is output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
