PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model animal, etc. with both high blood pressure and increased blood pressure fluctuations.SOLUTION: There is provided a model animal with high blood pressure and increased blood pressure fluctuations produced by administering an angiotensin compound. It is possible to provide a model animal with both high blood pressure and increased blood pressure fluctuations reflecting a clinical disease condition more accurately, and to evaluate blood pressure fluctuations properly. By applying therapeutic treatment such as chemical administration and surgical treatment to the model animal, and wirelessly receiving, recording, and monitoring blood pressure data, it is possible to evaluate an impact of the therapeutic treatment on the blood pressure fluctuations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
