PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism having degrading ability of cyclopropanecarboxylic acid derivative, a microbiologic agent including the same and a degrading method of the cyclopropanecarboxylic acid derivative by using the same.SOLUTION: A bacterium of genus sphingobium includes a 16SrRNA gene having one base sequence selected from the following (a), (b), and (c), and has a degrading ability of a cyclopropanecarboxylic acid derivative: (a) a base sequence in which number of different base sequences is 3 or less compared with a base sequence described in sequence number 1; (b) a base sequence in which number of different base sequences is 22 or less compared with a base sequence described in sequence number 9; and (c) a base sequence in which number of different base sequences is 2 or less compared with a base sequence described in sequence number 10.SELECTED DRAWING: None
