PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an air from blowing from a trickle discharge port without being restricted in design based on the arrangement position of a developer supply port and the trickle discharge port in employing a trickle development system, to constantly maintain a uniform amount of a developer inside a developing container for a long period.SOLUTION: A conveyance device comprises a rotary part (17) as an opening forming part that forms an opening communicating an internal space of a third conveyance path (10c) with the outside of the conveyance device. The rotary part (17) forms an opening at only either one of a predetermined supply port (10f) that supplies a developer into the third conveyance path (10c) and a predetermined discharge port (10t) that discharges the developer downward from the third conveyance path (10c), and switches between a state of forming the opening at the supply port (10f) and a state of forming the opening at the discharge port (10t).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3B
