PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound type bellows enabling long-stroke telescopic motion with a simple and compact structure.SOLUTION: A compound type bellows B1 of a first embodiment includes a first bellows 1 enabling telescopic motion in an axial direction, and a second bellows 2 having an inner diameter Bi2 larger than the outer diameter Bo1 of the first bellows 1 and enabling telescopic motion in the same axial direction. The first bellows 1 is inserted to the inside of the second bellows 2 by a predetermined length; one end surface of the first bellows 1 and one end surface of the second bellows 2 are airtightly connected through a fixture 5 with steps; and an internal space 8 and an external space 9 are perfectly separated from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
