Systems, methods and data structures for transforming patient data from source computer data structures into another format of a different computer data structure for efficient processing and visualization of patient data for medical treatment, e.g., a clinical trial, are described. Source data of various source data structures for the patients is selected, where the source data is arranged among data fields, each of which has a data type and a content type. Selected source data is assigned to multiple data fields of a first data structure to populate the patient data of the first data structure, wherein the assigning includes transforming source data of different content types for two or more fields of the other data structures into a singular, particular transformative data field of the first data structure. The multiple data fields of the first data structure for a given patient include multiple sets of data fields for multiple treatments at different times. |
