PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing equipment control device capable of controlling housing equipment with simple operation.SOLUTION: A housing equipment control device 10 includes: a sensor part 11a; a microphone part 11b; a human body detection part 12a for detecting a human body on the basis of a detection result of the sensor part 11a; a voice recognition section 12b for recognizing a voice on the basis of a detection result of the microphone part 11b; and a housing equipment control part 12e for controlling housing equipment on the basis of either of a human body detection result and a voice recognition result. |
