PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop cock in which the direction of an operation part can be easily adjusted in the case of installation, and a faucet device with the same.SOLUTION: A stop cock 1 comprises: a cut-off pipe body 22 including a water passage forming part 25 to form a water passage 24; a valve element 26 mounted in the water passage forming part; and an operation part 1a interlocked with the valve element for opening/closing the water passage. The cut-off pipe body includes a tubular part 27 for mounting a connection pipe 23 and is configured to communicate the water passage inside of the tubular part. The connection pipe includes a tubular connection screw part 21 and a cylindrical part 28 in this order from a front end side. A duct 30 formed over the inside of the connection screw part and the inside of the cylindrical part is closed so as not to communicate to a rear end side of the connection pipe. The connection pipe is inserted from the front end side into the tubular part of the stop cock body. In the state where the cylindrical part is positioned within the tubular part, the connection pipe is rotatable around an axial center of the tubular part, and the duct communicates to the water passage via a through hole 32 provided in the cylindrical part. |
