PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet marking material capable of increasing visibility of a marking part as well as enhancing adhesion reliability between a marking part and an adhesion object such as a solder resist layer.SOLUTION: The inkjet marking material of the present invention is to be used for forming a marking part in an electronic component, to be discharged by an inkjet device for use, and to be subjected to irradiation with light so as to promote curing and then further cured by heating for use. The inkjet marking material comprises a photocurable compound, a thermosetting compound, a photopolymerization initiator, a thermosetting agent, and a colorant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
