PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the gradient of luminance due to the potential drop of a counter electrode from being visually observed even though a light-emitting device has higher definition, and form an auxiliary electrode without increasing the number of steps.SOLUTION: A first insulation film is formed on a substrate, a first electrode and an auxiliary electrode are formed on the first insulation film, a second insulation film is formed so as to cover an end of the first electrode and an end of the auxiliary electrode, a first opening for exposing the first electrode and a second opening for exposing the auxiliary electrode are formed in the second insulation film, an electroluminescent layer electrically connected to the first electrode in the first opening is formed, and a second electrode overlapping with the electroluminescent layer and electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode in the second opening is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
