PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ground rollers stretching an intermediate transfer belt to a housing with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A housing of an image forming apparatus includes a part thereof as an opening/closing part that can open and be closed. The opening/closing part includes a pressing member that presses one end of a shutter member opening/closing an outflow port of a waste toner retention part when the opening/closing part is closed. When one end of the shutter member is pressed by the pressing member, the shutter member makes a slide movement to shift the outflow port from a closed state to an open state; when the other end of the shutter member is brought into contact with a ground point electrically connected to rollers stretching an intermediate transfer belt, the rollers are grounded to the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
