PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excitation device capable of performing a series of processing to remove residual stress by efficiently applying vibrations to a processing object from an excitation source irrespective of outer surface shape thereof.SOLUTION: A fixing structure of an excitation device 10 includes: plural anchors 11 at the processing object side, which are arranged protruding from a processing object 1 toward the excitation device 10 side; plural anchors 12 at the excitation device side, which are fixed to protrude from the excitation device 10 side toward the processing object 1; and a vibration transmission member 13 which is filled between the processing object 1 and the excitation device 10 so as to embed the processing object side anchors 11 and the excitation device side anchors 12 to transmit vibrations generated by the excitation device 10 from the excitation device side anchors 12 to the processing object side anchors 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
