PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative laminate which has excellent hardness, is hard to be scratched and has excellent workability.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative laminate 100 which comprises a melamine-based resin layer 11 containing a melamine-based resin which is a reaction product of a melamine compound, a guanamine compound and an aldehyde compound, where the Martens hardness of the surface of the melamine-based resin layer 11 is 300 to 700 N/mmand the ratio of the unreacted product of the guanamine compound contained in a melamine-based resin used for forming the melamine-based resin layer 11 is 0.1 to 20.0 mol%.
