摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit for welding to which a semiautomatic welding module, a gouging module and an air tool can be connected and which can achieve efficiency of operation and reduction in power consumption.SOLUTION: A power unit 1 for welding comprises: an adjustment part 10; output terminal 25, 26; a power supply 23 for confirmation; a voltage detection part 31 which outputs a voltage variation signal; an air discharge port 83, an air detection part 81 which outputs an air detection signal; and a control part 41 which controls the adjustment part 10 in a control mode selected based upon whether the voltage variation signal and air detection signal are present. The control part 41 controls the adjustment part 10 in a control mode matching semiautomatic welding when the air detection signal is absent or in a control mode matching gouging when the voltage variation signal is present even in the of presence of the air detection signal, or controls the adjustment part 10 so that a current is output from neither the output terminals 25, 26 when the voltage variation signal is absent even in the presence of the air detection signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
