PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head that facilitates ease of playing while considering positions of weight and mass.SOLUTION: Provided is a face plate 100 for a golf club head which comprises an inner plate 210, an outer plate 120 and an intermediate part 230, and in which the intermediate part is bonded between the inner plate and the outer plate in a manner that an inner intermediate end part 245 of the intermediate part is bonded to the inner plate of the face plate and an outer intermediate end part 246 of the intermediate part is bonded to the outer plate of the face plate. By providing the intermediate part, a cell lattice 240 can be provided inside the intermediate part.
