GARNISH ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garnish attachment structure which has a structure enabling easy attachment and yet prevents removal of a garnish from a clip member.SOLUTION: A garnish attachment structure is provided with: a clip member 7 which is integrally engaged with a leg part 11 of a garnish 5; and a clip holding member 8 which is attached to a vehicle body side and engaged with the clip member 7. In one of the garnish 5 and the clip member 7, a garnish side engagement claw 18 which is engaged with the other of the garnish 5 and the clip member 7 in an insertion direction when the leg part 11 is inserted into the clip member 7 is provided. The clip holding member 8 is provided with a holding side base part wall 22 serving as a displacement restriction part which restricts elastic displacement of the garnish side engagement claw 18 in an engagement release direction when the clip member 7 is engaged with the clip holding member 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
