This invention relates to vital document and digital information management processes and systems that secure and release personal information of a person before and after the person's death. Previously, a person was not able to get information to family after his or her death. Embodiments of the present invention use a database (125) for storing vital documents and digital information provided by a person. A web server computing device hosts a website portal allowing the person to login to the system, and perform a set of operations for providing vital documents and digital information to be stored in the system based on the selected menu options. A set of retrieval and distribution communication tools are for accessing the vital documents and digital information of the person when the person passes away. |
