VOLTE SERVICE REALIZATION METHOD, SYSTEM AND DEVICE

Disclosed are a VoLTE service realization method, system and device for addressing the problem in which a VoLTE deployment schedule is affected by a deployment of an IMS system required in the existing VoLTE service solution. A proxy device is provided in an LTE network, and is connected to a circuit switched (CS) domain core network element, an eNB and a mobility management entity (MME) respectively. The proxy device comprises a communication module and a processing module. The processing module converts a related VoLTE-carried signaling into a related CS voice-carrying signaling processable for the CS domain core network element, and then transmits the same to the CS domain core network element. Alternatively, the processing module converts a related CS voice-carrying signaling into a related VoLTE-carried signaling, and transmits the same to the eNB or the MME.
