A locking structure of an inlay-type LED housing. The locking structure comprises a light source panel (10), a light source bottom plate (20), locking grooves (30) provided between the light source panel and the light source bottom plate, and locking pieces (40). The light source bottom plate and the light source panel have embedded structures. A sunken groove (21) is provided on the light source bottom plate (20) and suitably accommodates embedded-type installation of the whole light source panel (10) by virtue of size and shape. The locking grooves (30) and the locking pieces (40) are provided on side walls (212) of the sunken groove (21) and between side walls of the light source panel (10). The locking pieces (40) are placed in the locking grooves (30), so as to lock and clamp the light source panel (10) and the light source bottom plate (20). The locking structure involved in the present invention is designed for an inlay-type LED packaging housing, and the locking structure enables the LED housing to be packaged more stably and reliably. Meantime, precise positioning and aligning operation is not needed; it is unnecessary to mechanically screw a large number of screws; the surface is neat, and damage to internal components caused by installation and heating is avoided; and the packaging mode is simplified in favor of large-scale mechanized and automated processes. |
