PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system that can restrain the concentration of access to a server with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: If other settlement terminals have not given notice of an external communication-enabled state indicating a state in which their own device can communicate with a server 11 by means of a communication interface 25, a network 12 and the like, a settlement terminal notifies a plurality of settlement terminals excluding the own device of the external communication-enabled state. In the case where other settlement terminals are notified of the external communication-enabled state, when common information is obtained from the server 11 by means of the communication interface 25 via the network 12 and the like, the common information becomes transmittable to the other settlement terminals by means of the communication interface 25 via a corporate LAN 14. In addition, if another settlement terminal has given notice of the external communication-enabled state, common information becomes receivable from the other communication terminal that gave notice of the external communication-enabled state by means of the communication interface 25 via the corporate LAN 14. |
