PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning body and the like capable of holding a stereoscopic structure.SOLUTION: A cushioning body includes a first side surface portion 22 having a first height; a second side surface portion 24 having a second height larger than the first height and facing the first side surface portion 22; a top surface portion 23 connecting an upper end 23 of the first side surface portion 22 to an upper end of the second side surface portion 24; a first bottom surface portion 21 continuous to a lower end of the first side surface portion 22 and formed in a direction away from a center of the top surface portion 23; a second bottom surface portion 25 continuous to a lower end of the second side surface portion 24, facing the top surface portion 23, and overlapping the first bottom surface portion 21; a holding portion 26 continuous to the top surface portion 23, arranged between the first side surface portion 22 and the second side surface portion 24, and contacting the first side surface portion 22 and the second side surface portion 24; and a folding portion 27 continuous to a lower end of the holding portion 26, formed in a direction away from the center of the top surface portion 23, and contacting the second bottom surface portion 25 to overlap the second bottom surface portion 25. |
