本发明提供一种调整器及其使用方法,其中调整器包括本体,本体上设有至少一对基准孔和若干对调整孔,成对的基准孔之间的间距设置使得其适于同时贴合套设在拟调整的固定钉上;圆心连线与成对的基准孔的圆心连线之间角度差最小的一对调整孔,其圆心连线与成对的基准孔的圆心连线之间的角度差最大为2°;倾斜程度最接近的两对调整孔的圆心连线之间的角度差最大为2°。本发明的调整器与现有技术中的人眼预估相比,更加易于把握,且能控制误差在2°以内;以调整完毕的两个固定钉作为基础,能够有效控制前后两个切面与通髁线基本平行,避免出现股骨前后髁外旋截骨不当,实现精准截骨,提高临床疗效。
