摘要 Provided is an air-conditioning and warm water supply unit in which a fluid is sent from a heat exchanger, which is configured to transfer heat from the refrigerant to the fluid, alternatively to either one of an air conditioner and a warm water supply tank, wherein it is possible to easily discover whether the cause of an abnormality of the flow rate of the fluid is present on the air conditioner side or on the warm water supply tank side. An air-conditioning and warm water supply unit (100) is provided with a usage-side heat exchanger (20) configured to transfer heat from a refrigerant to a fluid, a warm water supply tank (70) in which water is heated by the heat of the fluid, a switching mechanism (80) configured to switch between a first state in which the fluid flows from the usage-side heat exchanger to an air conditioner (430) and a second state in which flows from the usage-side heat exchanger to the warm water supply tank, a flow sensor (60) configured to detect the flow rate of the fluid, and a control unit (90). The control unit determines that the flow rate is abnormal when the flow rate detected by the flow sensor is in a predetermined range, confirms whether the switching mechanism is in the first state or the second state, assesses whether the abnormal flow rate occurs while the fluid is flowing to the air conditioner or while the fluid is flowing to the warm water supply tank, and outputs the assessment result.
