The device has a burner (1), and an exhaust gas-heat exchanger (2) i.e. condensation exhaust gas-heat exchanger, for cooling exhaust gases of the burner. An exhaust gas pipe (4) is provided for dissipating the exhaust gases from the exhaust gas heat exchanger to the environment over a chimney (5). A post-heating device and/or an evaporator (8) of a compression heat pump (6) and/or a heat exchanger is arranged in the exhaust gas pipe in the downstream of the exhaust gas heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is connected with an adsorber circuit and/or a heating circuit of an absorption heat pump. |
