Absorptive element (100) has inner layer (1) filled with osmotically active substances such that osmotic pressure can be applied to wound containing wound fluids. Wound fluid contained in wound can be removed from organism that is to be treated by osmotic pressure thus supporting interstitial normohydration in both superficial wound region and in deep tissue so that body fluids are directed into absorptive element in direction of flow towards patient's skin. |
