An exterior mirror arrangement for motor vehicles, in particular utility vehicles, has a holder mounted on a vehicle, a housing which is fastened, preferably latchably articulatedly connected, to the holder, and a holding member, which is displaceably received in the housing, for a vehicle exterior mirror.
