This invention aims to expand the variation of the imaging target distance and the imaging range without arising problems in the attribute measurement process. An imaging device for measurement processing includes an imaging element for imaging an image; a lens for guiding incident light to the imaging element; and an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the distance between the lens and the imaging element by moving the lens along an optical axis of the lens, the optical axis extending in a first direction. The adjustment mechanism includes a first threaded portion having a longitudinal axis extending in a second direction that is different from the first direction; and a conversion mechanism for converting a rotation of the first threaded portion around its longitudinal axis into a movement of the lens along the optical axis of the lens; wherein the first threaded portion is rotatable around its longitudinal axis without moving in the second direction. |
